We are seeking a talented individual to join our local Corporate Broking team at Marsh. This role will be based in Hong Kong.
We will count on you to:
- Leads on personal accounts by setting goals and implements action plans, monitoring progress, assuring service meets or exceeds client expectations, and protecting the firm from Errors & Omissions.
- Drafts essential comprehensive project documents intended for clients including: white papers, approaches, quantitative financial analyses or general presentations on new subjects or opportunities to support the creation of sales opportunities and account backing.
- Conducts research on various markets or industries as designated to find resources on new growth areas and trends for expansion for internal use to identify growth opportunities.
- Conducts and refines data analyses to support proposal creation and account-facing presentations.
- Addresses escalated issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, helps manage expectations, mitigate relationship risks and applies judgement as to when to escalate major issues to senior level colleagues ensuring compliance.
- Offers technical and transactional support for complex or high-priority relationships when needed to ensure relationship satisfaction and facilitate a mutual internal and external understanding.
- Develops strong relationships with professional counterparts at client organization
- Attends and participates in industry events and conferences to build up a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market and represent the Company.
- Coaches the junior team members through leading by example.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor degree holder or above
- Holder of ACII or ANZIIF is preferable
- 8+ years experience in broking/ general insurance industry
- Good PC Skills, including Words (English and Chinese), Excel & Power Point
- Ambitious, solution focus and strong skills in client and underwriters relationship management
- Good Command of English and Chinese (Mandarin)

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 8 or more years of experience in insurance broking or the general insurance industry
- ACII or ANZIIF qualification
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong client and underwriter relationship management skills
- Strong English and Mandarin Chinese communication skills
