MUFG is seeking a Business Manager at Assistant Vice President level to join their Technology Innovation Management team in London. This is an exceptional opportunity for you to play a pivotal role within the Office of the COO, supporting the efficient operations of the Technology department across EMEA and internationally for the Securities business. • Develop comprehensive presentations for townhalls and executive committees on behalf of the management team, ensuring complex topics are communicated in an accessible manner.

• Design and implement effective communication strategies for Technology in EMEA, collaborating closely with Corporate Communications to build strong interdepartmental relationships.

• Build a new intranet using AI technologies, creating a communications platform that connects Technology with the wider business and facilitates real-time alerts and colleague networking.

• Establish strategic frameworks to deliver streamlined board and executive committee communications, adhering to corporate governance and legal guidelines through well-structured documentation.

• Act as the face of Technology within MUFG, ensuring all interactions are professional, considerate, and reflect positively on the department’s reputation.
