As a Assistant Vice President (AVP) you will oversee the Client Services team towards shared goals and strategies and ensure delivery following clients’ SLAs. You will also establish effective goals, sales targets and policies to benefit the company and increase revenue.
In your first few weeks in this Assistant Vice President (AVP) role, you can expect to:
- Oversee the work delivered by the Client Services teams to ensure quality service delivery
- Oversee budget and financial activities and make recommendations for improvement
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage good business relations and networking
- Meet and exceed regulatory, internal and client requirements around governance and risk
