Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity across all operating accounts
- Support debt management, credit facilities, and covenant compliance reporting
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks, rating agencies, and financial institutions
- Oversee treasury operations including wire approvals, account administration, and bank reconciliations
- Assist in managing interest rate and other financial risk exposures
- Prepare treasury reports, board materials, and cash flow analyses for senior leadership
- Support investment of excess cash in accordance with the investment policy
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory requirements
- Assist with capital markets activity, including financing transactions and commercial paper issuance
- Serve as backup to the Treasurer on key treasury functions and decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or CTP a plus
- 5+ years of progressive treasury, corporate finance, accounting, or banking experience
- Strong understanding of cash management, debt instruments, and financial markets
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with treasury management systems (TMS) preferred
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential financial information
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, accounting, or banking
- Strong understanding of cash management, debt instruments, and financial markets
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

- MBA or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification
