Responsibilities:

• Assist agent in all professional administrative matters.
• Ensure clients and client businesses are handled appropriately.
• Answer phones and make calls in a professional manner.
• Schedule meetings and maintain calendar.
• Track deals and associated tasks.

Experience Required:

• Strong preference for at least a few years of previous assistant/administrative support experience
• Sports or entertainment industry experience a plus
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Basic computer skills are mandatory.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• General knowledge and keen interest of sports industry
• Must be personable with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Must be an excellent multi-tasker and have proven problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in execution of assigned tasks.
• Ability to work autonomously and spearhead delegated tasks
• Dependable and proactive
• Able to prioritize the workload and use time efficiently
• Knowledge of the Endeavor architecture is a plus.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.  Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
