Job Description
To ensure overall maintenance and management of the site including infrastructure, common assets and services including equipment’s like HVAC system, , BMS, HT and LT panels, switchyard, transformer, UPS, pumping system, WTP, STP, fire alarms, fires ystems distribution of power, water quality, control of circuits, digital application, civil, plumbing etc
About the Role:
To provide a comprehensive property management service and ensure that all amenities are maintained as per standard
To lead a team of technical support staff
To review and modify processes and procedures as and when required.
To attend and control any incidents at premise immediately and submit incident report to reporting manager / client within defined TAT
To ensure all client complaints / queries are addressed and resolved within the TAT.
Track all works related to Masonry, Carpentry, Plumber, sanitary, Welding & Painting and technical works
About You:
Need to be Diploma / B Tech – Electrical with a minimum of 06 years of experience in same profile
Good communication in Hindi , and English
High standard of grooming
Works in shifts
