New York Pilates is seeking a sales-driven Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) to support studio performance, community growth, and day-to-day operations. This role partners closely with the Studio Manager to drive membership sales, coach front desk performance, deliver an elevated student experience, and uphold NYP’s brand and operational standards.

This is a full-time position based in New York City and reports to the Studio Manager. 

The Role
  • Sales, Revenue & Membership Growth: Support and drive studio sales performance across memberships, packages, and retail through goal tracking, conversion, and upselling.
  • Team Leadership & Performance: Coach, motivate, and support front desk staff to meet sales goals while fostering a positive, accountable studio culture.
  • Student Experience & Community: Deliver elevated hospitality, own the new student experience, and build strong relationships with students and instructors.
  • Studio Operations & Brand Standards: Support daily studio operations, ensure reservation accuracy, and uphold New York Pilates’ brand, aesthetic, and operational standards.
  • Partnership with Studio Leadership: Work closely with the Studio Manager on reporting, communication, staffing support, and operational priorities.
 What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, hospitality, fitness, or retail management
  • Strong sales mindset with experience tracking goals and performance
  • Confident communicator and team leader
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using Mindbody or similar systems
  • Passion for fitness, community, and customer experience
