The role of the Assistant Spa Manager

The Assistant Spa Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the operations and development of the spa in accordance with Four Seasons standards, spa mission statement and local culture practices driven by the best possible guest and staff experience. The assistant spa manager is assisting the director of spa with managing evaluating staff performance, financial aspects of the operation including forecasting, labor, budgeting, purchasing and inventory control, as well as in planning and launches of PR events, internal and external promotions, is responding to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort and is complying with all Four Seasons policies, procedures and standards.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 

The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic.

Qualifications include:

• Solid communication and organization skills
• Strong computer skills
• Strong interpersonal and team player skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Knowledge of Book4Time, Birchstreet, Opera a plus

Miscellaneous
