Lo que harás:
- Gestionar y supervisar todas las áreas del Spa/Sala de Belleza (Recepción, Instalaciones de Gimnasio, Vestuarios, Sala de Relax, Habitaciones de Tratamiento y Ventas al por menor).
- Asistir a todas las capacitaciones de producto y técnicas de tratamiento.
- Reforzar constantemente las técnicas de venta Retail y upsell de tratamientos con el equipo.
- Fomentar un ambiente laboral positivo.
- Ser responsable de la administración de bienes, requisiciones, inventarios, almacenamiento y uso eficiente de todos los productos relacionados con el departamento, de acuerdo con los estándares y el presupuesto, para garantizar el buen funcionamiento de las operaciones.
- Supervisar el funcionamiento de los equipos y la limpieza en todas las áreas del spa, coordinando los requisitos especiales con el Departamento de Housekeeping, Lavandería e Ingeniería.
- Coordinar reservas de grupos y realizar recorridos del Spa para los principales planificadores de eventos.
Requisitos:
Técnico en cosmetología, esteticista o carreras afines
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en roles de supervisión en el area de SPA como supervisor, coordinador o subgerente.
Conocimiento y manejo de Excel básico
Inglés intermedio deseable
Conocimiento de la estructura y administración de un Spa
Conocimiento en terapias corporales (masajes) y faciales.
