Job Description
Overview:
Assist the Site Manager in planning and coordinating construction procedures, specifications, schedules and material requirements. Conduct regular inspections of work in progress to ensure compliance with project specifications, adherence to schedules, and in accordance with Brookfield Residential Quality Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely construct homes on schedule and within budget.
Deliver high-quality homes through the management of subcontractors, ensuring full compliance with contractual requirements.
Motivate subcontractors and suppliers to achieve the level of quality and performance required to meet company objectives.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of construction details when interacting with customers to ensure homes meet or exceed expectations.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through timely execution and responsive service, driving overall satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all applicable governmental regulations related to land development and residential construction within the jurisdiction.
Adhere to established quality control inspection procedures and guidelines.
Complete all quality control punch lists.
Support and maintain adherence to the construction schedule.
Complete homeowner walk through lists within one (1) week and obtain customer sign-off.
What You'll Bring:
Previous experience as an Assistant Superintendent on commercial, residential, or industrial building construction
Working knowledge of computer programs, Build Pro, Word, Excel
Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
Strong verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills
What We Offer:

Annual Base Salary: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00
