Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for regional wholesaler management.

  • Monitor wholesaler data accuracy including sell in/out and physical inventory checking.
  • Ensure wholesaler traceability scan rate and collect internal/external GMA information.
  • Assist to evaluate or lower wholesaler to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of regional RTM.
  • Work with T1/2 WS and local team to achieve the monthly sales target
  • Complete quarterly incentive evaluation and seasonal incentives.
  • Sales order process and management: Collect A/R, invoice check, return goods, and WS contract filing
  • WS Contract management: WS recruitment & cancel application process, negotiation, renewal, preparation, signing
  • SFDC WS relevant information maintenance

2. Act as regional sales planning associate

  • Closely work with regional finance, trade marketing and sales team to ensure the implementation of channel strategy.
  • Monitor volume and value performance by city, prepare data analysis for business review.
  • Monitor value chain and channel pricing variation.
  • Assist to initiate, deploy and track regional promotions and activities, especially for CNY and MAF period.

Work Experience & Abilities Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree with more than 5 years working experiences in FMCG industry, experience in spirit or beer company is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in distributor/wholesaler or RTM management.
  • Good analytical skill and strong sense on data.
  • Master in MS office.
