For oil and gas companies, we provide equipment and services for virtually every aspect of onshore and offshore pipeline construction and inspection. For heavy construction and demolition, our family of powerful mounted and handheld hydraulic products are the undisputed leader in rebuilding infrastructure.
As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will:
Lead sales activities to achieve sales targets, contributing to a business size covering approximately $3 Million+ in new business annually.
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts, focusing on the automotive segment.
Conduct RFQ studies, submit techno-commercial offers, negotiate, and close agreements based on customer requirements.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, suggesting improvements for enhanced results.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Liaise with and work alongside sales teams and engineers.
Provide feedback for future product development, features, and functions.
Prepare and manage action plans for direct reports, overseeing daily activities.
Conduct research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities.
Implement action plans for market penetration, including demos, trials, and technical presentations.
Track competitor activities and keep management informed of significant market developments.
Build and maintain an up-to-date potential customer database.
Support the brand as a solution provider for relevant customer requirements.
Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Report as part of a team structure, while incentives are evaluated on an individual performance basis.

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering.
A minimum of over 3 years of experience in automotive segment sales.
Good command of English and computer literacy (Microsoft Office and Outlook).
Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or N3 level) is highly desirable.
Valid driving license.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player mindset.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
