The Role

JOB TITLE: Assistant Sales Manager, Wellbeing Collective

LOCATION: Singapore

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

This role is responsible for delivering OLLY’s sales targets, driving channel P&L performance, and incubating a digital-led growth model in the Singapore market. Your mission is to unlock accelerated growth for OLLY across offline and online channels and ultimately grow the brand’s market share in key segments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 

1. Deliver Sales Targets & Channel P&L
  • Develop and execute the annual sales plan, including channel and Key Account priorities, growth actions, and TTS/BMI requirements.

  • Partner with Supply Chain and Finance teams to manage monthly demand planning, spend planning, and rolling forecasts.

  • Achieve agreed Channel P&L targets while continuously identifying optimization and margin improvement opportunities.

2. Manage Distributor & Retail Key Accounts
  • Lead the distributor’s monthly sell-out planning and oversee all order-processing activities.

  • Ensure distributors execute aligned trade plans in retail outlets and adhere to TTS budget governance.

  • Support distributors on Key Account initiatives including product listing, promotions, displays, and in-store execution.

3. Build & Accelerate Digital-Led Growth
  • Pilot and scale OLLY’s growth across digital commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, and other emerging channels.

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to build a digital demand generation engine and eCommerce conversion model that drives sustainable growth.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • Has 3-4 years of Strong commercial acumen with experience driving sales targets and channel profitability

  • Background in FMCG, consumer health, wellness, or digital commerce preferred

  • Ability to manage distributors, Key Accounts, and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Hands-on experience in eCommerce, digital growth, or performance marketing is an advantage

  • Entrepreneurial, data-driven, and comfortable building new growth models from the ground up

  • Strong communication skills in English & Chinese language and ability to influence across different markets and functions
