岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 开发国际空运客户(直客、同行代理、跨境电商等),完成销售目标;
Develop new air freight clients (direct customers, freight forwarders, e-commerce sellers, etc.) to achieve sales targets.
2. 维护现有客户关系,提供定制化物流解决方案,提升客户满意度;
Maintain existing client relationships, provide tailored logistics solutions, and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. 跟进市场动态,分析客户需求,制定销售策略;
Monitor market trends, analyze customer needs, and develop sales strategies.
4. 协调操作、客服团队,确保运输方案顺利执行;
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution.
5. 参与行业展会、商务谈判及合同签订。
Attend industry events, conduct business negotiations, and finalize contracts.
Requirements
1. 学历专业:大专及以上学历,国际贸易、物流、市场营销等相关专业优先;
Education: College degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Logistics, or Marketing.
2. 2年以上货代销售经验(空运/海运),有稳定客户资源者优先;
2+ years of freight forwarding sales experience (air/ocean), with existing client resources preferred.
3. 熟悉空运市场、航线优势及IATA相关规则;
Knowledge of air freight market, airline routes, and IATA regulations.
4. 英语流利(CET-4以上),可独立处理英文邮件及商务谈判;
Fluent in English (CET-4+), able to handle emails and negotiations independently.
5. 素质要求:目标导向、抗压能力强,具备优秀沟通及谈判技巧。
Soft Skills: Result-driven, resilient, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
6. 熟悉跨境电商物流优先。Talents with knowledges of Ecommerce Logistics are preferred.
