Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance for Oncology/Hematology portfolio in Northern Malaysia (e.g., Penang, Kedah, Ipoh, Kelantan).
- Promote clinical pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals through strategic engagement.
- Support the broader sales team in achieving regional and national sales targets.
- Lead product launch strategies and ensure successful market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in hospitals and clinics.
- Monitor territory performance and proactively identify growth opportunities.
- Provide scientific and clinical insights to support product positioning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Job Requirements
- Based in Penang, covering Northern region (e.g., Penang, Kedah, Ipoh, Kelantan).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or clinical sales.
- Proven ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedicine, or related field.
- Experience in new product launches within the pharma industry.
- Strong understanding of clinical sales and healthcare systems.
- Background in Oncology or Hematology is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, partner engagement, and territory management skills.
