You will join a lean Corporate Sector Coverage (CSC) team in Dubai, covering blue-chip, often government-related corporates across the GCC and wider Middle East, with exposure across sectors including Energy, Metals & Mining, Commodities, Food & Agri, Transport & Logistics, Technology, Media & Telecoms, Infrastructure.
The Opportunity
We are hiring an Assistant Relationship Manager (Associate) to support our client portfolio and develop into a client-facing relationship banker. This is a hands-on, all-round role offering broad exposure across sectors, products, and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Support Relationship Managers in day-to-day client coverage and relationship management
Prepare presentations, pitch materials, and client documentation
Assist with account planning, cross-selling, and portfolio monitoring
Support credit processes and transaction execution
Coordinate with sector, product, and internal teams
Ensure timely KYC and regulatory compliance
Maintain accurate data in internal systems
Participate in client meetings and support follow-ups
What We’re Looking For
Experience in banking or financial services, ideally in coverage, lending, or product roles
Background in an international bank preferred
Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills
Commercial mindset with interest in client-facing roles
Proactive, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus
