Responsibilities- Coordinate, manage, and train the reservations team to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy
- Monitor and analyze reservation trends to identify opportunities for improvement and revenue growth
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop pricing and promotional offers
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reservations management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems and online travel agencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation software
- Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
