Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, manage, and train the reservations team to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy
  • Monitor and analyze reservation trends to identify opportunities for improvement and revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop pricing and promotional offers
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reservations management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems and online travel agencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation software
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
