Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular process audits and share with operation team & follow actions.
Follow team performance and full fill skill gaps by skill matrix.
Provide daily, weekly quality reports to management level and section heads.
Follow 1st bulk, bulk comments status with relevant parties and verify before PSD.
New Style review with the team & forces inspection challenges.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Diploma or professional qualification in Quality Assurance or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a QA Sewing Leader or AQL or Team Member.
- Strong knowledge of sewing operations.
- Good English written and communication skills.
- Computer literacy with MS Excel.
- Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
