• Works hand in hand with existing project management team
• Assist with bid takeoffs and contractor correspondence
• Correspondence with equipment manufacturers regarding project bid specs & drawings
• Assist sales personnel on obtaining information for design efforts with Engineers
• Review and qualify bidders lists on bid projects
• Provide administrative support to project management and sales team
• Communicate with accounting department regarding project status and billing
• Assist with incoming calls, maintaining office supplies and trade show materials
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and clients
• Assist with marketing efforts

• Previous experience in customer service and marketing preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of accounts receivable process
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Interest in the water and wastewater treatment or environmental industry is a plus
