The Assistant Project Manager position will be based in Madrid, Spain. In this position, you will report to the Project Operations Manager.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…

Support of multiple Project Managers, on all administrative functions:

• Downloading and uploading the information received from the customer and from engineering (PJE) and putting it in the appropriate folder (either external or internal)
• Preparation of the project dashboard drafts
• Invoicing control ensuring Invoice are generate in a timely manner.
• Confirming letter Management (enter in the bank platform and check if the confirming conditions are correct). 
• Material/Tools deliveries support tracking (allocations/shipped/delivered)
• NCRs management Internally as well as externally with Vendors
• Document control management in accordance with Project Contracts
• Bonds/Guaranteed Tracking in accordance to the Project Contracts
• Task management driving closure to open task (Supply Chain/Engineering etc.)

Here is some of what you’ll need (required)…

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with MS Excel and computer literacy.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project tasks simultaneously with care given to each.
• Capability to build cross functional relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Here are a few of our preferred experiences…

• Experience working with Supply Chain and Logistics a plus
• Experience working with NetSuite a plus
• Experience working with Jira a plus
