Qualifications

• Construction background preferred
• Ability to use office suite 
• Some travel is possible  (as a PM mandatory)
• Familiar with change orders, RFI's, submittals, construction schedules, AIA billing, budgets, etc.
• Adaptable and flexible 
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and traverse job sites and uneven terrain
• Valid license
