As our Assistant Project Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. In this role, you will work alongside project leaders to help manage documentation, schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and contract requirements, ensuring projects progress efficiently and in alignment with client expectations.Day‑to‑day, you will assist with submittals, RFIs, procurement, schedule updates, cost tracking, meeting documentation, and coordination between office and field teams. Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Working knowledge of commercial construction means and methods, including concrete, steel, MEP systems, finishes, and building envelope components.
- Familiar with project management software, document control systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, field‑focused environment with changing priorities and deadlines; willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
