General Summary

This position is assists with project management tasks and the financial outcome of water well drilling and pump installation projects.

Assists with project revenue and cost financial forecasting to ensure corporate profitability goals are met.

Coordinates with estimators and project controls group to establish budget.

Coordinates efforts with business development and operations teams to manage resources to meet project schedule.

Participates in bid review and bid closing to ensure accuracy of bid and evaluate project feasibility; works with business development team to develop bid schedule.

Assists with compiling and submitting job bids to clients.

Provides environment where dynamic project communication occurs between Superintendents and Area Manager to ensure work is accomplished in an efficient, profitable, and safe manner.
Ensures proper job controls, i.e. quantities, costs, revenue and schedule.

Establishes and maintains working relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors, corporate management, inspectors, etc., providing customer service to develop long-term partnerships with client base.

Ensures accurate project reports for the job allowing for continuous improvement in performance.

Assists with running projects at profitability levels to meet or exceed expected margins.

Complies with, understands, and supports corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment.

Benefits may vary for positions located outside of the continental United States.

Base Salary Range: 

$62,933.00 - $94,397.00

Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
