General Responsibilities
- Monitor progress of work and certify the invoices submitted based on the agreed terms and conditions and also on the basis of actual work done at site.
- Check work completion status as per submitted Invoices, drawings and specification
- Establish and maintain onsite procedures of record keeping systems including but not limited to daily logs, drawing register, man power break ups safety logs etc.
- Anticipate Billing risks in advance and interact with Planning Manager and Client to mitigate risks
