Job Description Summary

Responsible for the coordination of projects, including small tenant improvements, assignments, capital improvements and building or site repairs for properties; may provide project management support to Project Managers or Directors for designated projects.

About the Role:

• 프로젝트 계획, 설계, 시공을 포함한 예산·일정·품질·리스크 관리

• 계약서, 도면, 프로젝트 차터 등 프로젝트 관련 문서 검토·관리

• 클라이언트와 협의하여 요구 사항 정의 및 작업 범위, 안전 기준, 예산·일정 수립

• 협력업체 심사·관리를 통한 클라이언트 요구 사항 수행

• 팀원, 유관 부서, 협력업체에 업무 방향 제시 및 지침 제공

• 정기 미팅 진행 및 보고서/회의록 작성

• 프로젝트 수행에 필요한 모든 리소스 관리 및 정확한 가이드라인 제공

• 프로젝트 팀 운영 관련 BAU(Business As Usual) 업무 수행

• 프로젝트 진행에 필요한 작업지시서, 공사계약서, 도면 등 문서 검토

• 신규 입사자(PM, VPM) 대상 Onboarding Training 진행

About You:

• 학사 학위 이상 (인테리어·건축 및 관련 전공 우대)

• 유관 경력 2년 이상 보유하신 분

• 비즈니스 영어 가능하신 분 (Speaking & Writing)

• 건축·인테리어 관련 프로그램 중급 이상

• MS Office 중급 이상
