We are seeking an Assistant Program Manager as part of a bid process associated with a Statement of Work. Candidates are encouraged to submit their information and resumes highlighting their relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate tasking across multiple functional areas (e.g., program management, financial support, acquisition, correspondence, technical writing).
- Support schedule management, tracking of work progress, and preparation of status reports and deliverables.
- Assist in managing risks, issues, and quality control activities across the PMS team.
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for the CO, COR, and program leadership on operational matters.
- In the absence of the Project Manager (PM), the Alternate Project Manager (APM) shall assume full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor regarding all contract matters related to the daily operation of this task order.
- The APM shall be available between 0700 and 1700 local Government business hours, Monday through Friday, except on Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed for administrative reasons.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience supporting program or project management activities, including coordinating tasking across multiple functional areas.
- Experience in scheduling, tracking progress, and supporting quality and risk management for similar support contracts.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
