Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality and ethically made products to their consumers. Every day at work, our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise to help safeguard the products you use every day in your home: from clothes and footwear to toys and baby products, to electronics, appliances, and furniture.
Our operations department’s purpose is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work we do is performed to the QIMA standard of quality
Job Description
- Oversee client’s consumable testing programs (e.g. toys, food contact, premium) and prepare client’s summary and report;
- Deliver tailor-made and one-stop services by closely following up client’s needs;
- Handle the test submission (e.g. test assignment) accordingly to different countries safety;
- Provide timely resolution of issues from client;
- Support Sales Team to solve the enquiries and problems with consistency and accuracy;
- Handle ad-hoc assignment as required.
Qualifications
- Higher Diploma or degree holder in Science discipline (though Science, Engineering, Testing Science and Certification or another technical discipline will be a plus);
- 4-5 years working in commercial laboratory experience and experience to handle retails clients;
- Welcome toys merchandising, sourcing experience candidates;
- Less experience will be considered as Senior Client Service Representative;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good problem-solving skill;
- Self-initiated, independent and a good team player.
