Title: Assistant Program Director 

Job Duties: The Assistant Program Director assists in the direction and coordination of assigned aspects of case management and programming. The Assistant Program Director ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and the timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The Assistant Program Director also helps in the supervision of program staff by providing therapeutic guidance. 

Schedule:

  • Full-Time: Sunday - Thursday (1:00PM - 9:30PM)

Qualifications: 

  • A minimum of an A.A./B.A./B.S. degree in psychology, social work, LVN/LPT, or a field related to mental health is preferred and meets the minimum of any county contract.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical setting, at least one of which must have been in a mental health setting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5, psychosocial rehabilitation, and recovery principles.

About the Campus: Crestwood Center is a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center located in Angwin, amidst the beautiful hills of the Napa Valley. The facility provides a versatile array of classes for clients to participate in during their recovery program and encourages active participation in treatment planning from the moment of admission.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. 
Pay Range:
$71,760$79,040 USD
