Ft. Myers Academy (FMYA) is located in Fort Myers, Florida. We are a moderate risk, all-female program, contracted through the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, which offers comprehensive care and treatment, specializing in evidence-based intensive mental health services. The academy is dedicated to providing high-quality care in a serene and supportive environment, designed to promote healing and recovery for individuals facing mental health challenges. With a focus on evidence-based practices, Ft. Myers Academy ensures that each client receives personalized, effective treatment tailored to their specific needs.
Pay: $75,000.00

What you will do: The Assistant Program Director of Group Living is a member of the Site Management Team, oversees residential services and living units and serves as the Program Director in his/her absence. Primarily responsible for managing all available resources in a manner that provides the students with the highest level of care and to ensure the Rite of Passage program is being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements. The Director of Group Living reports to the Program Director and supervises the Shift Supervisors and direct care staff.
To be considered you should: Possess a BA/BS in related field (master’s degree is preferred); Four years of related experience in residential facility management. ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry ~ Must be able to meet the requirements of an ROP-eligible driver, including having a valid Driver’s License
Schedule/hours/shifts: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Evenings, Overnight and Weekend hours as needed) Additionally, you will be on-call, 24/7 to respond to any emergencies.
