Purpose of Position

  • The Assistant Product Manager, Digital Commerce Product will be responsible for supporting the planning, development, enhancement, and continuous improvement of CASETiFY’s digital commerce products and customer-facing digital experiences. The incumbent will work closely with product managers, engineering, design, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver scalable and impactful product capabilities that support business growth and customer experience.
  • The incumbent is expected to bring solid product management experience in digital commerce, with practical understanding of customer journeys, product delivery processes, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will contribute to roadmap planning, requirement definition, execution follow-up, and product performance improvement in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Description

  • Support the planning and execution of digital commerce product roadmap and backlog in alignment with business priorities and customer needs,
  • Work closely with product managers, engineering teams, designers, QA, and business stakeholders to define and deliver product enhancements across customer-facing digital channels,
  • Assist in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements, user needs, and operational pain points, and translate them into clear product requirements and user stories,
  • Support product development across key digital commerce domains such as storefront, product discovery, promotions, cart, checkout, customer account, order status, and post-purchase experience,
  • Coordinate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure product requirements, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and delivery timelines are clearly understood,
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support project execution, issue follow-up, requirement clarification, and delivery alignment,
  • Participate in product discovery, user feedback collection, process analysis, and data review to identify product improvement opportunities,
  • Monitor product performance, operational metrics, customer feedback, and business impact, and support continuous optimization initiatives,
  • Assist in preparing product documentation including business requirement documents, process flows, release notes, test scenarios, and training materials where needed,
  • Support testing, UAT coordination, defect follow-up, rollout planning, and change communication to ensure smooth product delivery and adoption,
  • Help drive communication and coordination across product, business, and technology teams to ensure progress visibility and timely issue resolution,
  • Contribute positively to team culture through ownership, collaboration, structured thinking, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Solid product management experience with around 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Practical experience in digital product management, preferably in eCommerce, digital commerce, retail, or other customer-facing digital environments
  • Good understanding of digital commerce customer journeys including storefront, product catalog, promotions, cart, checkout, payment, order lifecycle, and account-related features
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, QA, business stakeholders, and external vendors
  • Strong ability to gather and translate business requirements into structured product documents, user stories, and functional specifications
  • Good understanding of product development lifecycle, agile delivery processes, backlog management, testing coordination, and release support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities through data, feedback, and process understanding
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and priorities
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage follow-up across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Known for promoting teamwork, ownership, structured execution, and continuous improvement
  • Experience in customer-facing digital products such as eCommerce platforms, mini-programs, mobile applications, or related digital channels is preferred
  • Experience in multicultural and fast-paced environments is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Technology, Design, Marketing, or related disciplines
  • Comfortable working in data-driven and agile product development environments
  • Happy to work in a buzzing multicultural environment
  • Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
