MAS Legato is the Shared Services arm of MAS Holdings, focused on offering Finance and HR services across the organization. The time and operational efficiencies created through a shared services platform makes MAS Legato a critical component of MAS, as a future-ready organization.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure the annual targets /KPIs are achieved while delivering expected results throughout the year
- Perform allocated Non-Raw Material Procurement operations to ensure that materials are provided to manufacturing teams in line with the required Leadtime.
- Adhere to the standards throughout the NMRP process.
- Perform vendor extensions for all possible items
- Be the official contact for the allocated vendors for NMRP suppliers
- Participate in negotiations with suppliers for better financial terms, delivery and lead time.
- Maintain and strengthen healthy relationships with assigned suppliers.
- Continuously monitor supplier performance in terms of price, lead time, and delivery commitments, providing feedback when required.
- Identify the self-development areas for the competencies of Sourcing & Negotiations skills
- Adhere to the category base Team restructure
- Follow up on Supplier Payments
- Adherence to the Procurement Policy
Knowledge and Skills
- Undergraduate / Graduate - Degree in Business Management / Finance / Supply Chain & Logistics / Textile Engineering / and/or CIMA / ICASL / ACCA
- 6-12 months experience in a similar role
- Negotiation skills, Analytical skills

Skills Required
