A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As an Senior Process Engineer at MSD region service team, you will partner with Dongguan sales and technical service team to serve EL customers on technical matter and ensure customer operation smoothly. In this role, you will report to the account manager of DongGuan team.
You Will Make an Impact By:
• Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians and product support who are diagnosing and troubleshooting.
• Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or process.
• Involved in customer installation and training
• Provides support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature
• Daily process check list review to ensure all defined parameter well implemented
• Complete assign duty including consumption and inventory review and report to manager timely.
• Travel Requirements: Up to Account Manger of Travel is required.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree OR 4 years of related experience
• 3+ years of related experience
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for 25% of the time
• Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
• Must be able to exchange accurate information
• Operates in a professional office and/or laboratory/manufacturing environment
