Job Responsibilities
- Develop and lead paid social media strategies across key platforms, partnering with stakeholders to align campaign objectives, audience targeting, messaging, and performance goals with broader business priorities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, managing relationships, providing strategic guidance, communicating campaign performance and recommendations, and ensuring a high level of partnership and client satisfaction.
- Build, launch, monitor, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Assist with campaign setup, audience implementation, tracking, and quality assurance.
- Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and delivery to ensure campaigns are running efficiently.
- Review campaign performance and implement optimizations based on platform and campaign data.
- Pull, organize, and analyze campaign performance metrics to support reporting efforts.
- Create recurring campaign reports and dashboards highlighting key metrics and performance trends.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure assets are delivered, uploaded, and launched on time.
- Support audience testing, creative testing, and campaign optimization initiatives.
- Assist with campaign troubleshooting, tracking validation, and platform QA.
- Maintain campaign documentation, trackers, and reporting schedules.
- Stay current on paid social platform updates and best practices
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience developing and executing paid social media strategies
- Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Reddit Ads Manger, and TikTok Ads Manager
- Experience building and optimizing paid social campaigns.
- Familiarity with campaign reporting, analytics, and performance metrics.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences marketing.
- Experience advertising on endemic healthcare platforms such as Doximity, Sermo, Medscape, or similar professional healthcare networks.
