About the role:

Needs to work closely and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Be able take up continuous improvement ideas, initiatives, managing team and MIS reporting, maintain synchrony in the team. Be able to create and define SOP’s, TATs for ongoing and upcoming projects.

What you will do:

  • Members should be able to manage a team of associates to lead associate/SME level independently.
  • Revenue Analytics to identify additional reimbursement opportunities in revenue cycle management of US Healthcare.
  • Prevention of revenue leakage in Hospital/Physician business. Strong knowledge of end-to-end revenue cycle management to be able to do analytics in each area.
  • Well versed knowledge of Contract Model, Expected Reimbursement methodologies, Underpayment/Payment variance analysis, Denial Analytics, Revenue Capture Ideas, Appeal Follow up with insurance.
  • Meet required benchmarks for production, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Able to control Shrinkage and Attrition of team members.
  • Regular connect with Team members, performance metrics, incentive discussion and team engagement activities/Professional growth.
  • Clearly communicate the goal to employees.
  • Create a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Bring out the best from the employees to ensure they are making progress.
  • Set appropriate deadlines and assign right individuals for each task as required skills.
  • To effectively communicate the findings/ observations with recommended action to US team
  • To manage daily huddles, challenges, any conflicts within team or with external team members
  • To manage work allocation, inventory management and TNI for quality feedback
  • Maintaining proper data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and evaluation for predictive analysis and reporting in effective Dashboards.
  • Effectively involves new transitions and trainings to new joiners and upgrades the skill set of existing members as per process requirements.

What you will Need:

  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university/college with a good academic track record.
  • Knowledge of Basic SQL, MS Excel, Power Point
  • Excellent communication Skills (both written & verbal)
  • Working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in an ever-changing, rapid growth environment with tight deadlines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in US health care and 2 years’ experience in leading process at TL/AM level.
  • Strong analytical skills with emphasis on complex equations
  • Understanding advanced technology that helps to improve process efficiency.
  • Flexible to work in 24*7 environment.

Skills Required

  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university/college with a good academic track record.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in US healthcare.
  • Minimum 2 years experience leading processes at Team Lead/Assistant Manager level.
  • Knowledge of Basic SQL.
