- 임직원 사물함 배정 및 운영 관리
- 캔틴 및 사내 편의시설 운영 관리 및 소모품 발주
- 사내 정기 주차 등록 및 선불권 관리
- 정기 GA 리포트 작성 및 월별 주요 오피스 현황 보고
벤더 관리 및 비용 처리
- GA 관련 벤더 계약 관리 및 갱신 지원
- 세금계산서 및 인보이스 처리
- Workday 벤더 등록 1차 검토 및 승인 지원
계약서 및 공문 관리
- 계약서 기록 관리 및 보관
- 공문 번호 발급 및 관련 문서 관리
- 법인 인감증명서 및 법인 등기부등본 발급 지원
출장 지원
- 임직원 국내·해외 출장 승인 및 항공권·숙박 예약 지원
임원 지원 업무
- 월별 임원 Expense 정산 및 관리
- 기타 Ad hoc 업무 지원
Finance 업무 지원
- Customer / Supplier Invoice 발행 요청 시 필수 첨부 서류 검토
- Workday 시스템 내 계정별 Invoice 입력 및 제출
