Assistant | Networking Solutions

Our team is seeking an Assistant in Kaunas. In this role, you will be responsible for company vehicle administration, shipment management, office operations and facilities support, including courier-related tasks when needed.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy. 

In this role, you will:

• Administer incoming shipments – receive, register, sort, and distribute them to the responsible employees;
• Manage shipments and related documentation, ensuring that all information is accurate and entered into the relevant systems on time;
• Identify the employees responsible for received shipments and provide them with the necessary information;
• Take care of company vehicles and coordinate administrative and organizational matters related to their use and maintenance;
• Perform courier duties when needed, including delivering shipments and documents and traveling to other company locations.

What we expect of you:

• Driving license;
• Responsibility, attention to detail, and a thorough approach to your work;
• The ability to organize your work independently and prioritize tasks effectively;
• Good computer skills;
• The ability to use MS Excel and other tools required for day-to-day work;
• Good communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with different teams across the company.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 9 Eur/h up to 12 Eur/h (~1500 Eur—2000 Eur)  pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses. 

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
