Lead the team
Provide guidance, set examples, plan and offer onboarding training for new FERs. Review performance of team members and take necessary actions to maintain high standards

Schedule management
In cooperation with the local Sales team plan and other FER team members, create an effective program schedule of promotional events and store visits.

Consumer Expert
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products and developments, and competitor communications. Actively engage in the sport of running, trail running, hiking etc, as well as being an active member of local communities, in order to fully champion the consumer (Pinnacle performer and Elevated Achiever)

In-store field activities in wholesale channels
Work with wholesale store staff to showcase the brands in a positive manner. Plan and conduct product try-on events in various wholesale channels, to raise consumer awareness and understanding of HOKA brand and products.

Be the communication hub between wholesale retail staff
Interact with wholesale store staff to build excitement, educate them on the brand, products, and sales tips, and own responsibilities in answering inquiries. Work with stores to proactively present the brand. Communicate concerns about the sales floor to Sales team and Marketing team. Lead pre & in-season product download sessions.
