Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or equivalent related experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1.Knowledge of general bookkeeping principles and practices.
2.Must be able to perform detailed work with numerical data and make arithmetic computations rapidly and accurately.
3.Ability to support, to create routine financial reports and to follow oral and written.
instructions.
4.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
5.Bilingual in English and Japanese preferred.
6.Exceptional calendar management skills for job completion purposes; and
7.Good communication and coordination skills
Experience:2 year or more of prior bookkeeping experience or any equivalent combination of acceptable training and experience

Within: Senior Manager - implementing accounting procedures as requested.
Sales/Sales Support, Operations, Information Technology and Human Resources– coordinate issuing invoices with collection and vendor invoice payment details
Outside Customers: coordinate invoice received and resolve account issues.
Vendors- coordinate invoice payments and resolve account issues
Job Summary:
Responsible for all aspects of the accounting function within the Group Management Department of assigning entity(s). The companies we need to manage are not only KDDI America, Inc, but also all other subsidiaries. Prepares and review all necessary entries and generate financial reports. Supports accountants and management team to ease duties. Performs related work assignments as directed by CFO, Senior Director, Senior Manager and Manager.
Essential Functions:
1.Prepares routine A/P reports and coordinates approval of invoices with department managers.
2.Coordinates vendor billing payment including manage disputes and discrepancies.
3.Support issue the invoice to the customer.
4.Prepare routine A/R report and cash apply to the ERP system with support collection from customers.
5.Prepares fixed assets, prepaid expense, loan, and accrued expense schedule and posting to the system.
6.Assists with providing information for a tax return and audits. Support other staffs as directed by Senior Manager and Manager.
7.Perform all other necessary journal entries on an accounting system.
8.Perform management accounting with data analysis.
9.Assists with monthly accounting close as directed by Senior Manager and Manager.
10.Performs all accounting related tasks as assigned that supports the Group Management Department in reporting functions.
11.Prepares reports such as Sales Progress Report, P&L and Risk Management.
12.Perform financial data reporting to HQ with utilizing ERP (NAV), GX (Data uploading) and Diva.
13.Understands issues and needs by listing them and then discusses feasibility utilizing company’s accounting system including both technical and cost points of views.
14.Assists with providing information for a tax return and audits. Support other staff as directed by Senior Manager and Manager.
15.Serves as a knowledge resource for the accounting team, and the Company concerning all department operations and functions.
16.All other projects, as needed and/or assigned from time to time Prepare documentation.
