The RoleAs Assistant Property Manager, you'll play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our luxury apartment community. You'll work closely with the Property Manager to ensure smooth operations, high occupancy rates, and outstanding resident services. A key focus of your role will be managing the rent collection process, including handling delinquencies.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations and team management
- Take charge of the rent collection process, with a particular focus on managing and resolving delinquent accounts
- Support leasing efforts to maintain high occupancy rates
- Help coordinate maintenance requests and property upkeep
- Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and other relevant regulations
- Participate in resident retention initiatives and community events
- 2-3 years of experience in property management, preferably in luxury residential properties
- Strong financial acumen with experience in rent collection and delinquency management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in property management software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- Industry certifications (e.g., CAM, NALP) are a plus
