Responsibilities

  • Complete daily transactions and task related to the financial operation of the community.
  • Review and submits invoices from vendors and service providers for payment
  • Review accounting records, communicate with property manager regarding outstanding balances.
  • Follow up on service requests with maintenance team and ensure requests have been completed
  • Generate interest - brag about your community’s unique features and benefits – and highlight what sets it apart from the competition
  • Promote resident satisfaction by serving as a resource for residents to express their concerns and assist with resolution

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
  • Valid Driver’s license is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in Spanish and English preferred
  • Tax credit experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Industry software experience (YARDI, E Site, etc.)
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
