Position Summary
This role will support the design, communication, implementation, and administration of Total Rewards programs and contributes to Samsung regional in delivering total rewards initiatives and solution. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization total rewards strategies and contribute to our overall success in attracting and retaining top talent.Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct compensation and benefits (C&B) analysis, interpret data and assess internal and external equity for Singapore and at SEAO level.
- Evaluate current C&B programs and processes and recommend optimization.
- Administer compensation programs and initiatives, including annual rewards cycle and all C&B related programs.
- Prepare salary package proposal for employees in Singapore and review of package for rest of SEAO Countries as needed.
- Support the design and delivery of compensation and benefits programs.
- Participate in survey and support in pay band development.
- Perform other duties and contribute to rewards projects as needed.
- Manage C&B related HRIS (Workday) modules.
- Communicating with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues.
- Collaborate closely with HR team in SEAO on all rewards matters.
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in any related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefit preferable at regional level.
- Good understanding and knowledge on compensation and benefits practice, regulations and compliance requirements and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate compensation-related information to HR, management, and employees.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and working knowledge of Workday and Mercer data.
