  • Data Management & Validation:
    • Prepare, load, transform, reconcile, and validate tax data used in provision, compliance, reporting, and indirect tax processes.
    • Perform data quality checks, exception analysis, tie-outs, and issue follow-up to support accuracy and consistency across tax systems and upstream ERP integrations.
    • Maintain data mapping, process documentation, validation evidence, and repeatable workpapers that support reliable close and compliance cycles.
  • Automation, Reporting & Process Improvement:
    • Build, maintain, and enhance automation workflows, dashboards, and operational tools using approved TDMI technologies such as Alteryx, Power Platform, Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and SharePoint.
    • Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve transparency, and increase process reliability across Corporate Tax.
    • Support the transition of manual or spreadsheet-based processes into controlled, scalable, and supportable technology solutions.
  • Project Execution & Cross-Functional Support:
    • Support requirements gathering, design reviews, user acceptance testing, deployment activities, hyper care, and post-implementation stabilization for tax technology projects.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across Tax, Finance, Controllership, IT, and vendors to track tasks, resolve open items, and support milestone delivery.
    • Help prepare status updates, project documentation, testing evidence, training materials, and support materials for impacted users.
  • Governance, Controls & Compliance:
    • Ensure tax systems and data processes adhere to internal controls and compliance requirements.
    • Support user access governance, data validation, and audit readiness.
    • Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and controls.

Requirements:
