  • Support the implementation of new processes, tools, and systems within Supply Chain and the Fulfillment Center, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Service, Operations, Vendors) to ensure transparent communication and prevent disruptions in order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and optimize databases, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and accessible for the team.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, or other relevant field.
  • 2+ years of relevant people leadership experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools; ability to create and interpret reports, dashboards, and KPIs (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc)
  • Ability to make decisions independently and support teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Adaptable and quick to learn new systems, processes, and responsibilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to make timely, informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to encourage collaboration and build trust across teams. Collaborative mindset, skilled at building relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • People-focused leadership style, with the ability to motivate, support, and develop team members while maintaining accountability. Creative and solutions-driven, with the ability to implement new processes, tools, and reporting methods that enhance team efficiency.
