The Grab Support Strategy & Analytics team works with senior leaders across the organisation to drive impactful projects that enhance our service offerings. We value collaboration and a customer-centric approach in delivering world-class support to our customers and partners.

Get to Know the Role

As an Assistant Manager, Strategic Project, you will report into the Strategic Projects Manager. You will be based onsite in the Grab Petaling Jaya office. You will enhance the customer and partner experience through strategic plans and cross-functional teamwork. You will also manage complex projects and uncover key customer insights through analytics to inform decision-making processes.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You will propose, launch, and lead impactful projects aimed at improving the customer and driver experience.
  • You will lead cross-functional teams to implement changes and ensure successful project outcomes
  • You will work with senior executive stakeholders to drive impactful results.
  • You will shape the customer experience using capabilities like analytics, design thinking, and Agile methodologies.
  • You will advocate for customer safety and quality in all aspects of their interaction with us.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • You have at least 4 years of professional experience in consulting or related fields.
  • You have experience engaging across Asian markets and cultures.
  • You can refine business processes and uncover customer insights through different research and analytic methods.
  • You are familiar with data visualisation tools in summarising and presenting meaningful insights to senior stakeholders
  • You can manage cross-functional projects.and lead teams from diverse functions like software engineering, design, and customer service.
