Get to Know the Team

The Deliveries team is a dynamic group responsible for expanding and growing Grab's Delivery services, including GrabFood, GrabMart, and GrabExpress. We consist of young, dedicated individuals who approach our work with an experimental innovation orientated approach.

As a member of the team, you will shape the future of Deliveries. You'll have opportunities to get hands-on with tasks while overseeing multi functional projects and working with top management.

Get to Know the Role

You will develop the selection strategy for GrabMart from upstream to downstream, capturing untapped demand, and fulfilling users' shopping missions. You will report to the Head, GrabMart & GrabExpress with a hybrid work arrangement.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You will develop and implement strategic plans to grow GrabMart's selection and achieve business goals.
  • You will analyze data to build and monitor performance dashboards, ensuring operational metrics are tracked and addressed quickly.
  • You will engage with merchants through meetings and negotiations to bring new merchants onto the GrabMart platform.
  • You will manage and prioritize tasks for both the merchant acquisition and incubation teams to foster business growth.
  • You will collaborate with regional teams to identify and pursue product and strategy improvements.

Qualifications

What Skills You Will Need

  • Strategic Planning: Experience developing strategic plans. You'll create plans to grow GrabMart's selection and align them with team goals.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis and building performance dashboards. You'll need to track, monitor, and address operational metrics.
  • Merchant Engagement experience to bring onboard merchants onto the GrabMart platform.
  • Project managing experience and prioritize tasks for diverse teams. You'll ensure the merchant acquisition and incubation teams are linked to foster business growth.
  • Experience partnering regional teams to improve product and strategy improvements.
  • Nice to have: SQL skills
