Primary Purpose: The Assistant Manager for North America e-Commerce team will support managing monthly product uploads and track product performance to achieve financial and performance targets.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in eCommerce to...

  • Manage product upload and assist with shop maintenance/refreshes
    • Create and manage product upload files inclusive of attribution
    • Own copy requests, translations and manage cross functional team deliverables
    • Assist on sequencing and site merchandising across designated categories
    • Track changes in product assortment and ensure they are being captured
    • Track and map all PDP video content for newness and ensure complete carousels
    • Manage monthly end of life product cycle with cross-functional partners
  • Participate in weekly meetings recap business and follow up on actions to drive growth
    • Manage saving all necessary reporting tools into appropriate folders for team use
    • Analyze weekly product performance using site KPI's and provide recs based on results
    • Analyze customer product data & monitor overarching shifts at a monthly level
    • Own reporting on all Sale product and make recommendations based on results
  • Track and report weekly/monthly Return Rate and Return reasons
    • Report out on Weekly/Monthly/quarterly return reasons and KPI's
    • Leverage return reasons reporting on a monthly basis to synthesize overall takeaways
    • Make recommendations based on how to improve return (ie: add size callout on PDP)
    • Share out with relevant cross functional partners to improve product/site experience
  • Ensure a Best in Class shopping experience for our customer via daily site QA
    • Assist in site merchandising and QA'ing site daily + making ad hoc updates
    • Log and track any site bugs and partner with site ops team on resolutions if needed
    • Update sequencing and refresh shops based on inventory, newness, and sales trends
    • Log any photography/copy callouts and connect with cross functional partners
    • Monitor photography delivery + turn skus on and off as needed (mainline + ReLoved)


The accomplished individual will possess...

  • 1+ years experience working in the ecommerce space preferred; Equivalent combination of work experience and education will be considered.
  • Strong product sensibility or prior merchandising experience
  • Interest in developing analytical skills and curiosity to explore the "why"
  • Exceptional ability to be flexible and adaptive to changing priorities and react with appropriate sense of urgency
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented with ability partner across functions and levels
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or Plumslice experience preferred
  • Google Analytics experience a plus

BASE PAY RANGE $65,000.00 TO $72,000.00 Annually
