Position Summary
Responsibilities :The SCM Innovation team provides business insights focused on holistic Supply Chain innovation/improvement, Supply Chain project management and Supply Chain system (GSCM) governance. Professionals in this team assist internal business units in transforming their supply chain processes, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with rules and regulations, ultimately resulting in greater transparency and improved performance.
Since this position offers the opportunity to work with a business unit leader, it is essential to be self-motivated and work with highly skilled professionals to identify root causes and figure out alternatives. The responsible will be coordinating and organizing projects assigned by HQ/RHQ to bring business value to us. These tasks need knowledge and skills in process innovation across a diverse range of products and projects. Additionally, this position requires creating reports in PPT.
I. SCM Operation Innovation :
• Develop strategy and create synergistic ways of working with BU HOD/SCM to improve TSE Daily SCM Operation
• Analyzes problems (KPIs) in the supply chain operation to improve the efficiency of operation by designing and constructing operation process and system in response to changes in business structure
• Identify the operational issues of business divisions and related subsidiaries and make fundamental improvements to contribute to business including revenue and profit generation
• Heighten and escalate critical demand and supply pending problems to management in advanced and proceed related tasks based on the system for a fast decision marking
• Manage activities to develop new innovation theme and implementation methodology and apply them in actual businesses
• Drive team to improve the efficiency of TSE SCM Day Operation by designing and constructing process/guideline and ensure applicable in actual businesses
• Create tool to identify and escalate operation risk including Target Plan confirmation to Top Management
• Define and suggest weekly supply chain business rhythm
• Provide operation improvement guide to SCM BU : TH IM (4 HC), TH TV (2), TH DA (3), MM (3), KH (2), LA (1)
II. SCM Project Management
• Act as PMO to lead and manage HQ/RHQ project to ensure successfully implementation
• Manage the project schedule/timeline and coordinate tasks between HQ/RHQ/Subs.
• Identify project issue and set up action items to fix
• Lead weekly/monthly project progress meeting and report to management on regular basis
III. SCM System Governance
• Governance GSCM system for TSE, ensure team well manage on GSCM authorization, GSCM mapping, master data and reflecting VOC to HQ to enhance the operational efficiency
• Design GSCM hierarchy and ensure on time implementation in response to the change of business structure
• Monitor and ensure team promote activities to enhance and increase GSCM usage (online/offline training, testing and workshop)
• Promote activities to enhance and increase GSCM usage/knowledge (online/offline training, testing and workshop)
• Operate GSCM Help Desk to support user, TSE answer within 2 days and HQ answer within 5 days
• Manage e-Store auto replenishment master data to ensure stock availability for e-Store
• Provide GSCM re-fresh training/training to all new comer and TSE user
Key Skills/Experience Required:
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Industrial engineering or a related field of study
• At least 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Process Improvement, Business Analysis and Improvement
• At least one year of experience developing new and re-designing existing processes to meet new and/or evolving business requirements
• At least one year of experience supporting senior and executive-level client in decision-making and proactively addressing stakeholder requirements
• Proven ability to facilitate group meetings or workshops to achieve desired outcomes and build consensus among stakeholders
• Excellent command of English
• Excellent command of MS Office especially MS Excel (Power Query, VB, MACRO) and Power Point
• Creative, self-motivated with high degree of initiative and result-oriented
Preferred
• Process improvement and/or project management certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, CAPM, PMP)
• Experience using quality improvement programs (e.g., Total Quality Management, Six Sigma)
• A minimum of two years of project management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for various audiences in a professional business setting
• Proven ability to collaborate and function as part of a team: understanding individual and group responsibilities, contributing to a favorable working environment by fostering strong relationships with team members, and actively seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback
• Established ability to identify and address client requirements, build relationships with clients, develop requests for information, demonstrate adaptability in prioritizing and completing tasks, and communicate potential conflicts to a manager
• Experience in prioritizing and managing several tasks simultaneously, researching and analyzing relevant client, industry, and technical issues, and employing problem-solving techniques to achieve desired results
