Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for performing risk assessment identifying mitigating controls performing test of design efficiency and test of operating effectiveness for the processes assignedMeet timelines for the deliverablesReviewing the work of staff for assigned processKnowledge of accounting standards, preferably IFRS and its application interpretationMaintain deficiency tracker and discuss the same with the process owners on a monthly basisResponsible for ensuring that any changes to policies procedures applications for the allocated processes are assessed for risk and pragmatic controls are recommended and implementedLiaise with external auditors to co-ordinate and discuss audit assignments issues and audit observationsExpected Skill SetsIndependent analytical and positive mind excellent interpersonal and communication skill ability to deal with people in different levels including senior management.Conversant with risk-based audit approach and conducting risk assessmentsGood presentation and report writing skillsCommand over MS Excel Word and Power Point
