Job Description

Responsible for Training delivery for new hires, refreshers and any ad hoc training requestsMonitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on themProvide opportunities for ongoing developmentDrive individual goals including but not limited to training certifications for trainers, deadlines for training remediation’s and all other relevant metrics.Strategically manage the workload and workflows for the training team and set up the right organizational structures to support all lines of business and workflowsProactively communicate with Client on daily operational matters relating to training.Partner with operational teams to ensure that refresher training needs are identified and delivered.Proactively suggest improvements to those processes and closely collaborate and provide feedback on new launches or process changes with a potential impact to training.

Qualifications

 Financial Crime Experience of at least 3years is must Experience into AML KYC CDD and EDD Domain Good with Microsoft Office Strong with MIS reporting Strong analytical and operations management skills Minimum 5 years of experience client focused with superior written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure in a faced paced environment with limited structure. Proven work experience as a Training Manager Track record in designing and executing successful training programs Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc. Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
