Position Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Technical service, support and installation of all LNW products across assigned areas.
  • Practice hands-on skills and knowledge across all product lines
  • Overview and management of staff required for existing service contracts in assigned areas – review efficiencies and customer feedback.
  • Maintain company confidentiality by following policies, procedures and compliance policies Practice tactful, diplomatic, and polite customer service skills.
  • Observable and proven utilization healthy process practices in response management and support escalation
  • Visible use of project management skills to drive progression and result
  • Identify people challenges and issue to resolve and/or escalate to superior as appropriate
  • Balance to maintain a healthy, high moral, good spirited work atmosphere
  • Continuous coaching and mentoring to develop and optimize individual and team capability
  • Complete independence for day to day operation to manage customer expectations and satisfaction with our team’s technical deliveries - contracted preventive maintenance, troubleshoot service requests and installation
  • Maintain a clean and effectively-stocked warehouse for good inventory management practices, receipt and dispatch of all parts and serialized equipment into Singapore company.
  • Ensure that tools and equipment are kept in proper, safe, and working condition
  • Co-ordinate all logistics requirements for any Singapore in or outbound deliveries
  • Handle any administrative tasks required for the normal operations of the office
  • Follow Government stipulated Occupational Health and Safety procedures in the workplace.
  • Reduce / Control operating costs.
  • Business travel may require from time to time for product compliance, game show setup, trainings, installation
  • Possess ability to adapt and change.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Training and/or Experience

  • Experience in a technical / service related field and in the gaming industry highly desirable
  • Degree in a technical field highly regarded

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Basic mechanical assembly skills/aptitude.
  • Observable and proven advanced customer service skills, including the ability to defuse volatile situations.
  • Pleasant personality, with the ability to maintain composure under stress.

Education

  • Minimum four years’ experience – (observed ability to perform pro-actively, independently, and with leadership, accompanied with the relevant gaming product skills/knowledge at an advanced level).
  • High school certificate or equivalent
  • Hold and maintain a valid driver license in the jurisdiction employed.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a valid gaming card/license.
